He has been doing the work of preparing property documents since last 18 years. He has 21 World/ India record holder. In 2003. After taking Law Degree, he has completed his LLM Master Degree in 1st Attempt in 2005.

-On 20/01/2010 for the first time in the state of gujarat, a property document was made in hindi, which was considered a step forward in respect of the national language and was honored by hindi literature saurabh and various institutions.

-On 03/03/2010 • For the first time in India, the property was documented in Sanskrit language, which was considered as a step to keep the Indian culture alive, and was given a commendation letter by Rashtriya Sanskrit (Authorized by the Government of India) which was approved by the LIMCA of the year 2011 Also included in the BOOK OF RECORD.

-On 23/03/2010 – For the first time in the state of Gujarat, property is documented in full Gujarati.

-In 2015, By documenting in Hindi, Gujarati, Sanskrit and English language, he again got a place in LIMCA Book of RECORD HOLDER in the year 2015, which became an advocate of documenting in only four languages in the whole country.

– On 25/01/2017, for the first time in the world, by making a document on palm leaf, they get to see their love for Indian culture and art, from this document they also got many records and awards. Which is also kept in the Surat Museum.

– In November 2017, Doctorate degree was awarded by the U.K. University.

-On 27/11/2018, for the first time in the world, by making a document on gold, silver and diamond studded (World Most Expensive Sale Deed), their love for Indian culture and art is seen. He also got the World Record India record and award from the document. Special award given by Chamber of Commerce at SPARKLE 2018 at Sarsana Dome.

-In March 2019, Dr. Arun Lahoti became a Government of India Notary Advocate.

-In April 2019 Also got a place in Top 100 India Book of Record Holders. For the last 2 years, he is finding his place in the top 100 record holders of the world.

Bandhan Pyaar Ka Ek Anokhi Rishta family drama written by Arun Lahoti was released in the Sanjeev Kumar Auditorium in Surat, which is most searched and viewed drama on YouTube, which was widely appreciated.

-On October 2019, the world’s first clothing registry was created by them, which achieved a new record for the Surat textile industry, which also got many world records, International Book of Records. And recently he was honored in Parliament by Smt. Smriti Iraniji Textile Industries Minister and Shri Omji Birla Hon’ble Shri Lok Sabha Speaker.

-In January 2020 He traveled by cycle from Surat to Statue of Unity Kevadiya (about 200 kms.) for Accident Free India, Pollution Free India, Healthy India.

-In March 2020, Under Covid-19 Lockdown, He ran public awareness program through the song of your stay at home and Corona Song and other programs till July 2020.

-He also organized many plantation programs for the June 2020 environment month.

-On July 1, 2020, on Doctor’s Day, more than 1200 people from all over the country and abroad got registered by organizing a virtual ride cycle for Friendship with Health.

– He received Genius World Record and Bravo International Record and India Youth Sthar Award and Kalamas Vision Special Award in July for creating multiple languages and different types of documents.

-In August 2020, He received Gita Gunjan citation by performing online Gita Gyan Kalas organized by Gita Pariwar.

On 27/11/2018, for the first time in the world, by making a document on gold, silver and diamond studded (World Most Expensive Sale Deed), their love for Indian culture and art is seen. He also got the World Record India record and award from the document. Special award given by Chamber of Commerce at SPARKLE 2018 at Sarsana Dome. The total cost for making this unique five page document works out to Rs. 2.25 lakhs..Weird obsession with gold, silver, and diamond sometime can reach farcical height, especially in India. One example of this is the sale deed for a shop in city Millinium Textile Market made on silver plates weighing 2.6 kg embellished with 10 gram gold and American diamonds. Arun Lahoti, a practising advocate, got it made for his client Rita Rajendra Chandak from artist-designer Manmohan Pasari. The total cost for making this unique five page document works around Rs. 2.25 lakhs. Approx. it takes three months to make this invaluable document. The lawyer for the past 16 years, he for the first time got sale deed documents in Hindi and Sanskrit registered in the city in 2010.
